Each week we will cover a different topic with several milestones along the way.

The goal of this program is to make sure your student has the confidence, the specific roadmap, and the expert guidance from a proven interview coach to help him or her reach their career goals.

I started working with Ramon because I was applying for internships and I needed help with the interview process because it was something I wasn't really familiar with. Ramon helped me understand how to approach an interview and all the important things that go into making a good impression when being interviewed for a job/internship position. I am about to start an internship that I am very excited about and a big reason I was able to land it is because of Ramon's guidance and help. Jacob J.

Ramon worked with my son to help him secure a dream software engineering co-op despite the current competitive tech landscape. I highly recommend Ramon, as he takes the time to get to know his clients and meets with them one-on-one each week to help them shine throughout all aspects of the process such as interviewing skills, networking, LinkedIn, and improving their resume. When my son had a last minute interview request, Ramon was ready to meet with him on short notice to help him prepare for the interview with excellent results. He was also available by text for quick questions before meetings. The skills my son learned have improved his interviewing and networking skills which he will continue to utilize throughout his professional career. Kimberly S.

I created this program to offer an affordable option to those students who want to start their career on the right foot.  Typically working with me on a 1 on 1 program cost  $9,500.  I don’t typically offer individual sessions however, when I do, I typically charge $450 per 60min session.

Through this online program, your student has access to me at a much lower cost.  I will also personally meet with your student 1 on 1, for 2, 90mins sessions at their convenience.  These sessions are on top of the 36hrs of instruction.

If we were to add up all the sessions, the total cost would be close to $14,000.  However this program provides you with the guidance your student needs at a fraction of the cost.

Ramon was great to work with. We met weekly, and he provided me with strategies to make myself come across as more fluent during an interview. I was able to secure my dream co-op after a couple months of working with him. I would definitely recommend Ramon to revamp your resume and hone in your interviewing skills so your job search can be as successful as possible. Sutton S.

This is a semester-long online coaching where you will have direct access to Ramon Santillan, Interview Coach and Founder of Persuasive Interview.

I am very grateful to Ramon Santillan for his support in the process of getting a summer internship at an organization I was very interested in working for. I am grateful that he introduced me to LinkedIn and introduced me to how to connect with people on there. Making connections on LinkedIn turned out to be a critical piece of the path toward getting a summer internship that I am very excited about.

I also really appreciated the interview practice that I was able to do with him and the unique perspective he offered on interviews. It is quite satisfying to go into an interview with the perspective that is not like a one-way test where the employer is looking for some specific right answers, but rather is a two-way conversation that also helps you get to know the company and the role better so you can have a better sense of how your experience would fit with the role and if you would really like it or not.

All in all, it was a very positive experience working with Ramon, and I really feel like I am much more confident and know a lot more about the job process now than I did 2 years ago. This knowledge will definitely stick with me when I apply to positions in the future. Allen M
